These Terms & Conditions are here to make sure everything runs smoothly between us when you place an order or request a custom design. By purchasing from my site, you agree to these terms.
1. General Information
This website showcases and sells artworks, craft pieces, and custom-made products created by Ollie De Zilva. All items are handmade or designed individually, which means slight variations in colour, size, or finish are natural and part of the creative process.
2. Orders & Commissions
Orders are processed once payment has been received in full.
For commissions or custom designs, a non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.
Timeframes for completion will be discussed individually and may vary depending on the nature of the order.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
Standard shipping rates apply. If you would like your order insured against damage or loss during transit, you must request this before purchase. The cost of insurance will be added to your postage fee.
Once dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. Delays caused by postal or courier services are outside of my control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of the products, refunds or exchanges are not offered unless the item arrives damaged.
If damage occurs during delivery, customers who have purchased postage insurance may be eligible for a refund or replacement, subject to proof of damage.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving a damaged item with photos of the product and packaging.
5. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and crafts remain the intellectual property of Ollie De Zilva.
Purchasing an item does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Images or designs from this website may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
6. Liability
I do my best to describe and present all items accurately. However, as each piece is handmade, small differences may occur. I am not responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or delay once an item has been shipped.
7. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
