Shipping & Delivery
I take care to ensure your handmade artworks, sweet bouquets, and other creations arrive safely and on time. Please read the following information about shipping options, delivery times, and responsibilities.
1. Shipping Options
I offer the following shipping methods within Australia:
Australia Post – Standard or Express shipping, depending on your preference at checkout.
TNT Courier – For faster or heavier shipments.
Customer-Arranged Courier – You can arrange your own courier if you prefer. Please provide tracking details when shipping your order.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Costs will be displayed at checkout or quoted for custom orders.
If you would like your order insured against loss or damage during transit, additional fees will apply. Insurance must be requested at the time of purchase.
3. Processing & Dispatch Times
I usually process orders within 1–3 business days.
Handmade or custom orders may require additional time. Estimated completion times will be provided at the time of order.
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier chosen:
Australia Post: standard or express service times apply.
TNT: delivery times vary by location.
Please note that delays caused by the courier or postal service are beyond my control.
4. International Shipping
At this stage, I primarily ship within Australia.
International shipping may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and additional fees.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order is damaged during shipping and insurance was purchased, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item with photos of the damage.
I cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss if insurance was not purchased.
6. Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be provided for all shipped orders.
For customer-arranged couriers, please ensure tracking details are shared with me to assist with any delivery issues.
